Service people


Okay, so you know how you get the customary two hour arrival time for your services to get cut on or transferred and you plan your day around it and you even call and the rep tells you that you will get a call when the service person is on the way?
Yeah, well that didn't happen and the service man wasn't even apologetic that he didn't call in fact he told me that had he "known" to call me that he would have called me earlier when he came at 11:30am, although I was told between 12pm-2pm!!!!
I'm sure you would've called!!! I have to be back at work at 1:30pm and it's 1:20pm and if he would have called, like he was supposed to but probably didn't want to because my number is long distance or some other stupid reason, then we both could have moved on with the rest of our day.
The bad part about it is that he probably went to get lunch, which I haven't had yet because I've been here in this apartment with no food because I just moved in on Saturday, waiting for his a@*!!

Okay, I'm done. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'....
